Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a web-based document archiving and retrieval system, mainly useful for storing and retrieving engineering drawings and manuals. The system allows users to upload documents, convert documents to PDF, search inside documents or categorize documents into multiple categories. Documents can be forwarded to users by email or can be stored in the local hard disk.

The system, entirely designed and developed by Tracoms Solutions, is in use in one of the major refineries in Kuwait for the last five years. Over a period of time, we have enhanced the system with more functionality and have designed the system to be very simple to use, with very less training for the users. The system is entirely developed in Microsoft .Net technology, and is scalable to more than 1000 simultaneous users.
